Rate & Cancellation Policies

Rate Policies

  • All rates based on double occupancy & quoted in CAD
  • Two night minimum stay during Storm Season
  • Three night minimum stay during Peak season and Holiday season
  • Each extra adult $20 per night, $10 per child per night
  • Pets, add $20 per night
  • For five nights or longer $50 extra housekeeping charges apply
  • If you require additional light housekeeping during stay extra charges apply
  • 50% Deposit required at time of reservation
  • Check in time 4pm, check out time 11am. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, UNLESS APPROVED IN ADVANCE WHEN BOOKING – EXTRA CHARGES WILL OCCUR
  • Please notify when booking if planning on a LATE ARRIVAL AFTER 9PM
  • Full payment due prior to or at check in time

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund of deposit less $50 administration fee
  • Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit
  • We will make every effort to re-rent, deposit will refunded upon confirmed booking less $50 administration
  • No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures
  • Date changes are possible subject to cabin availability
